The extension only records activity while you're clocked in — confirm that first. Next, confirm the extension shows as connected/paired in its own popup, not just installed. If it was paired to a Desktop Agent, confirm that agent itself shows Online (not Offline) on My Devices — in paired mode, the extension relies on the local Desktop Agent to actually relay activity to Staffintra.
Troubleshooting
The extension shows as installed but not paired — re-run the pairing step from the extension's own popup, using a fresh pairing code if the old one expired.
