A brief overview of the platform-level release process, for context — not something a workspace admin manages.
What this does
Explains, at a high level, how a new Staffintra release reaches customer workspaces.
Who can do this
Managed entirely by Staffintra platform administrators/superadmins.
What happens next
A new release is staged and rolled out progressively (internal, then canary devices, then a percentage, then everyone) rather than all at once, with health monitoring at each stage and the ability to roll back. Desktop Agent releases follow a similar phased, device-level rollout, separate from the main web-app release process. None of this requires or involves any action from a tenant owner or admin.
