The monthly score and letter grade shown on your Dashboard — and how it differs from app/website classification.
What this does
Explains the single monthly score and letter grade (A+ through F) shown on your Dashboard, and the measures it's built from.
Who can do this
Every employee sees their own score on the Dashboard automatically — no permission is required to see your own score, though an administrator controls which of its factor measures are visible to you.
What happens next
The Productivity Score is a separate concept from app/website classification. It's a single rolled-up monthly number built from several weighted measures — by default: Task Completion (30%), Attendance (20%), Active Time (20%), Focus (15%), Goals & Outcomes (10%), and Work Quality (5%). The weighted total maps to a letter grade using your workspace's grade bands (defaults: A+ 90–100, A 70–89, B 60–69, C 40–59, F below 40).
The score is calculated per calendar month, over that month's Monday–Friday working days.
Important notes
Your own score view only ever shows the breakdown for measures your administrator has marked visible to employees.
This never exposes anyone else's score or a ranking to you — only administrators with productivity-configuration access see the organization-wide view ("Scores & Recognition").
Both the measure weights and the grade bands are configurable per workspace — the numbers above are Staffintra's defaults, not a fixed rule.
