Concept ยท Audience: everyone

How daily attendance rolls up into a weekly timesheet, and how overtime is flagged.

Needs verification: Settings > Clock In also has a separate weekly overtime threshold (40 hours by default) alongside the daily one. Exactly how the weekly threshold factors into the timesheet beyond the daily-threshold flag described below could not be fully confirmed in this pass.

What this does

Explains how your daily clock-ins become a weekly timesheet, and what a flag on it means.

Who can do this

Everyone can view their own timesheet; approving one requires manager/admin permission.

What happens next

Staffintra aggregates each week's attendance into a timesheet, calculating hours worked and applying any configured break deduction. A timesheet can carry flags: Late Start, Early Leave, No Break, Overtime, Out of Shift, Long Shift, or Missed Clock-Out โ€” each one describing something specific about that week that a manager may want to review before approving.

The Overtime flag on a given day comes from that day exceeding the configured daily overtime threshold (8 hours by default).

Important notes

  • A timesheet flag does not block approval by itself โ€” it's a signal for the reviewer, not an automatic rejection.
