The six real Settings groups, and what belongs in each.
What this does
Maps out the real Settings groups so you can find a specific option quickly.
Who can do this
Everyone can view Settings; most individual pages require admin/owner permission to change.
What happens next
Organization — Company, Domain, Branding, General.
People & Access — Users, Departments, and the (owner-only) Roles & Access editor, reached today via Access > Roles rather than this Settings entry directly.
Operations — People Operations, Clock In, Approvals, Case Management, Automations, Activity & Privacy, Productivity, Communication.
Finance — Plans & Pricing, Billing, and Payroll (reached via the Payroll app itself once installed).
Platform — Apps, Integrations, AI Infrastructure, Platform Status.
System — Notifications, Security.
Important notes
A few settings entries are intentionally not shown in the Settings menu even though their page still works if you have the link — for example, the legacy Roles & Access page now redirects to the current Access > Roles editor.
